Article 1
This reward policy is established by the Yangmingshan National Park Headquarters (YNPH) to encourage citizens to keep Yangmingshan National Park clean and to report illegal disposal or dumping of waste or waste soils.

Article 2
On detection of illegal disposal or dumping of waste or waste soils, citizens shall report to the YNPH or the Yangmingshan Police Substation the time, the place and the type of vehicle engaging in illegal disposal or dumping; or the name and address of the offender(s). Citizens must provide their names, ID card number, contact address and telephone number in the reports. The YNPH shall keep all information of the informant confidential. The informant will be rewarded with a cash prize according to Article 3 when the offending vehicle or offender is tracked down. The reward shall be given to the informant after the action of the YNPH has been determined.

Article 3
A reward of NT$5000 will be given to the informant when the offending vehicle or offender is tracked down.

Article 4
This reward policy is implemented as of the day of promulgation.
