In order to achieve the goals of ecological conservation, environmental education, public awareness and promotion, tourism and recreation, the Headquarters started to build the Yangmingshan National Park website beginning in 1996. Through the many revisions and updates in these past ten years, the website has received recognition seven times. This year the seal of excellence was received by Director Yong-Fa Lin at the Ministry of the Interior.
