Management Department of the Yangmingshan National Park （hereinafter referred to as the Department）, in order to improve the efficiency and quality for providing services for tourists and to implement the reduction of cadastre copies and e-government services, people who apply for subarea certificate for using land within the area of the National Park do not need to submit cadastre copies issued by the Land Administrative Authority from September 1, 2008.The web for offering services for people in the web page of the Department （http://www.ymsnp.gov.tw） has been provided with “Inquiry System for Subarea of Land Use in Yangmingshan National Park” which is offered for people to inquire the subarea of land use online and handles the free application for “Certificate on Subarea of Land Use” by people needing certificate documents.

In respect of the application of “Certificate on Subarea of Land Use”, there are already means of providing such approaches as writing application and online application for people. In order to simplify the procedures of such application not involving in land right certificate documents further and to free people from visiting the Land Administrative Authority to apply for cadastre copies, the Department will inspect the electronic cadastre copies through connection with the Land Administrative Authority after accepting the application. In this way, people no longer need to attach another cadastre copy, simplifying the administration and facilitating people, who are suggested to utilize this as more as possible.
