To boost the development of the entertainment industry—including film making, TV programs, and music videos—and to promote city tourism and Taiwan's natural landscapes, the filming project sponsored by the Department of Cultural Affairs will be shot at Menghuan Pond parking lot and the grassland opposite to the pond. From December 2, 2013 to January 10, 2014 （excluding weekends）, traffic may be restricted for designated sections of Zhonghu Road of Armaments between Lengshuikeng and Jingshan. Volunteers and film crews will assist with diverting traffic. There will also be people guiding vehicles at the Parking lot. 　　The detailed areas under traffic control and relevant notifications are shown in the attached figures. Visitors are suggested to slow down and follow on-site directions while driving through this area, or enter during non-restricted hours.
