The water temperature of the Lengshuikeng public hot spring bath in Yangmingshan National Park is about 40 degree Celcius, and PH value about 5.6; the hot spring belongs to sulfate sodium bicarbonate spring, and is very popular with tourists; but since too much people bath here, the water quality of the hot spring fails to pass the sampling inspection for many times. Sanitation will be intensified and number of bathing people will be controlled, and bathing tourists shall also automatically help to maintain the sanitation; during the past two months （Apr.-May）, the water quality of the hot spring passed the sampling inspection.

To make sure the water quality of the hot spring permanently conform to the sanitary standard of water quality and tourists bath more safely and comfortably, and reduce the accidental injury caused by bathing, we again appeal that bating tourists shall strictly comply with the regulations for the management of sanitation of hot spring bath room and ‘12 precautions for bathing’, and respect other people’s rights to bath, so as to enjoy the pleasures of bathing.

‘Regulations for the management of bathroom sanitation of Lengshuikeng public hot spring bath room’:
1. Make sure the body is cleaned by soap before entering the bathing pool
2. Do not rub body after entering the bathing pool.
3. Make sure the body is re-cleaned before re-entering the bathing pool after perspiration.
4. Foods are strictly banned in the bathroom except for drinking water.
5. Do not occupy the bathing pool for a long time so that others can also share the precious resources.

12 precautions for bathing
1. Those with contagious diseases shall be prohibited from bathing.
2. Those over drunken or the drunken shall be prohibited from bathing.
3. Those carrying with pets shall be prohibited from bathing.
4. Those with such chronic disease as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes may not bath here.
5. Those with malignant tumor or multiple sclerosis may not bath here.
6. Those with haemophilia, poor skin sensibility or sensory disorder shall be prohibited from bathing.
7. Those who have eaten too much may not bath here.
8. Make sure the body is thoroughly showered and the makeup is removed before bathing.
9. The bathing term shall be 10 to 20min every time.
10. The senior and the children shall be accompanied by their family member.
11. Check the water temperature, water quality of the hot spring and the processing mode of emergency before bathing.
12. Please leave the bathing pool and notify the service personnel immediately if any sickness occurs.
