After previous contracts for the parking lots expired, the Headquarters called for open tenders for the Qingtiangang and Lengshuikeng parking lots. On September 24, 2013, the Jiangqun Company won the bid and is now contracted to operate the parking lots. A parking fee will be required beginning on November 22, 2013. A table of the parking fees is provided below. Fees will be applicable from 7 am to 7 pm. The road leading to Qingtiangang is too narrow for large buses. Drivers of minibuses must apply to the Headquarters for entrance permits in advance.
