To prevent the spread of rabies, pets are forbidden to enter all scenic spots in Yangmingshan National Park, including conservation zones, the Headquarters Visitor Center, Xiaoyoukeng Visitor Center, Datun Visitor Center, Erziping Visitor Center, Qingtiangang Visitor Center, Lengshuikeng Visitor Center, Longfenggu Visitor Center, Yangmingshuwu, and Tianxiyuan Ecology Education Center. This is necessary in order to protect the safety of visitors and prevent the virus from spreading. 

When entering the wild, visitors should avoid contact with carnivorous animals, such as Formosan gem-faced civets, Formosan ferret-badger, and civets. If you discover the body of a stray dog, cat, or any other animal mentioned above, please inform the Headquarters immediately. Thank you for your cooperation.
