To offer visitors a variety of ways to experience Yangmingshan National Park, the Yangmingshan National Park Headquarters organizes “Yangmingshan Bicycle Festival” on the weekend before World Car Free Day every year. We hope to reinforce the concept of carbon reduction and ecological sustainability in one’s daily life by encouraging people to visit Yangmingshan by bike. 

The 2013 Yangmingshan Bicycle Festival will be held at the Qingcun Parking Lot of Chung-San Hall on September 15. There will be a fair of Yangmingshan agricultural products （no sign up, free of charge） as well as a bicycle challenge. We have organized a slightly challenging, 66-km bicycle route for up to 2,000 participants. The registration fee is NTD 400, and all are welcome to join the challenge. Please note that for safety concerns, participants should be above the age of 15. Teenagers above 15 and under 18 should submit a written consent signed by their parent or legal guardian.
