To promote energy conservation and carbon reduction, the park encourage the public to use bicycles to visit the park's recreation sites and experience the beauty of Yangmingshan National Park. Events include the bike challenge which is divided into the 66 km and the 17 km group, Yangmingshan agriculture products for sale, parent and child events, DIY bike maintenance classes, etc. Approximately 500 people attended.
