During the Japanese occupation, Zhuzihu was the birthplace of Penglai rice and Zhuzihu's Penglai Rice Farming Firm （Meihe Center） was originally under the care of the Ministry of Defense. To reproduce the significant historical value of the Zhuzihu area, the handing over ceremony was conducted this morning at the Meihe Center.
