The competition was jointly hosted with the Taipei City Government. The route started from Yangmingshan Chung-san Hall and followed Yangjin Highway to the Fengkou section of Mt. Zhuzi car road. The competition was divided into the 21 km and the 5.45 km group. A total of 5,023 people participated.
