2011 Yangmingshan Flower Festival starts at 18 February to 20 March. The Yangde Boulevard will have traffic control during the weekends and public holidays. The control point will be at Fuxing Bridge（to Yangmingshan, 06：00-16：00） and Ln. 43, Sec. 1, Yangming Rd.（to Taipei, 14：00-18：00）. Due to limit parking spaces in the park, please make use of the public transportation.
