To participate in International Car Free Day and promote energy conservation and carbon reduction, the park encourage the public to use bicycles to visit the park's recreation sites and experience the beauty of the national park. The event was held in Yangmingshan Chung-san Hall's Qingcun parking lot. In addition to dance performances, bike warm-up exercises, advice on how to choose their own bike and bicycle safety riding skills and simple maintenance tips, there was also bicycle rental and storage services. There are special local agricultural products and green living DIY tutorials onsite, providing the public with an interesting recreational experience.
