Held the main events over two days in the Erziping parking lot and the Mt. Datun Bike Path. Relevant personnel from the Ministry of the Interior, Construction and Planning Agency, park authorities, schools, head of villages and townships, community development association and other units were invited to the opening ceremony. The 'junior volunteer patrols' swearing-in ceremony was also held. Although the weather was not ideal during the event, many people still participate enthusiastically. Approximately 9,000 people participated.
