Handled the preliminary examination of design diagrams on December 1, 2009 and selected five finalists. Held the final assessment on December 23, 2009 with the following results: No First or Second Place winners were chosen. The design named "Feast of the Earth" won Third Place and NT$ 10,000 in prize money. Three "Excellent" designs were chosen with NT$ 5,000 in prize money each and one "Selected" entry received NT$ 2,000.
