Shao-Liang Wen from Taipei County stood out from the more than 800 entries to win the gold medal for the Digital Photography Group and the prize money of NT$ 20,000. No gold medal was awarded for the Positive Film Group, but Jian-Quan Lin, of Taipei City, won silver along with a prize of NT$ 12,000. A total of 102 works were selected.
